The share of women in Club Med teams worldwide, resorts and offices combined, represents just over 41% of the workforce, and is close to 67% in offices. In 2017, the proportion of women in the Club Med Leadership Committee is 44%, which is slightly higher than the average found within the CAC40 companies (42% - Source Deloitte – Women in the boardroom, A Global Perspective-5ème édition).
In 2017, 20% of women (+4% compared to 2016) had a sizeable amount of upward occupational mobility and 26% benefited from geographical mobility.
Overall, women represent 11% of manager positions (Department manager or Resort General manager) and men account for 13%. In addition, 69% of G.O-G.E women (versus 62% of G.O-G.E men) have enrolled in training programs.
